What it does

• Drop in any audio — WAV, MP3, OGG or M4A, decoded locally with the Web Audio API
• Bit-depth reduction — 16 bits down to 2 (that crunchy quantization grit)
• Sample-rate reduction — 44.1 kHz down to 2 kHz (stair-steps and aliasing)
